About The Company

KEDA expanded into the ERP business in 1990 and started to focus on PeopleSoft software solutions in 1993 with PeopleSoft Human Resource and Payroll and PeopleSoft Financial. Since then we have accumulated more than 600 man-years of consultancy and implementation experience cutting accross industries like financial services, public sector, telecommunication, education, healthcare and manufacturing with wide participation across the Asia Pacific region. Our direct presence includes Malaysia, Singapore and Hong Kong.

We are very focused on the services we offer, products that we are conversant with, and the domain knowledge that we have acquired over the years. The organization is managed by a team of professionals who have the right industrial experience, relevant qualifications and skills. Internally the hierarchy of the company is relatively flat so that maximum attention is accorded to our customers. In fact we promote a very casual yet effective culture in our working environment.

In terms of alliances, we have fostered many strategic partnerships as a way of leveraging on the strengths of the different entities on a win-win basis. In today’s globalization and dynamism, focusing on what we do best and work with others to augment our strengths have proved time and again to be a winning formula for all parties involved.




Board Members & Senior Management

Ho Say San

Managing Director, Kuala Lumpur & Singapore

With an extensive experience of more than 25 years in the ICT industry, Ho Say San is not only well versed with the industry, but also has a wealth of corporate know-how. Say San started his career in the sales and marketing environment dealing with a range of product and services. In term of software and services, Say San has many experiences in the business of both turnkey development and ERP packages.

In 1995, one year after assuming the role as the Managing Director, Ho Say San initiated a management buy-out from the then listed parent company. Since then he has taken the company to where it is today, including here expansion into the Asia Pacific region.

Say San is a graduate of the University of Toronto, Canada in Computer Science and Economics. He is also a member of the Malaysia Institute of Management and Vistage Asia.

Lee Boon Kok

Managing Director, Hong Kong

Lee Boon Kok is the Managing Director of the Hong Kong operation. With over 20 years of experience, Boon Kok started his career in the technical field before progressing into senior managerial role. A founding member of KEDA, one of his main portfolios is to mature the software and consultancy practices in Greater China.

Besides the above critical role, Lee Boon Kok is also the past Chairman of PIKOM for 2005/2006. PIKOM, the Association of the Computer and Multimedia Industry of Malaysia is the association representing the information and communications technology (ICT) industry in Malaysia.

Boon Kok graduated from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (National Univer-sity of Malaysia) with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.

Choo Yeow

Director - Technology & Development

As the Director of Technology & Development, Choo Yeow ensures the company’s continuing prowess in terms of technological development and know-how. He also oversees client management, system services and pre-sales consultancy.

With a vast technical experience of over 30 years, Choo Yeow’s forte is undoubtedly in the field of technology. His working experience encompasses software development, system work and technical research.

Choo Yeow obtained his tertiary education at the University of New South Wales, Australia where he got his business qualification.

Loke Swee Kee

Director - Professional Services

As the Director of Professional Services, Loke Swee Kee is responsible for managing and developing the talent pool of application consultants; and project delivery. In addition, Swee Kee also manages client relationship and provides change management services.

Swee Kee has over 25 years of experience software and consultancy services, including as an ICT consultant in one of the big four. His many roles in both the vendor and user environments have provided him with deep insight into the software industry. His experience has also taken him to assignments throughout Asia-Pacific and the United States.

Loke Swee Kee is an ICT graduate of New York University, USA and technology management post-graduate of Griffith University, Australia.
